Model 585—Innerspring Fact Sheet Soft woven fabric, 180 thread count per square inch. 81⁄2 inch thickness for unsurpassed comfort and luxury. Completely reversible from head to foot and upside down. 330 Offset coils (the very highest quality coils made). Tempered and pretempered steel. The innerspring unit is heat-treated twice to keep innerspring unit like new for over twenty years. Individually hinged every 31⁄2” to allow for perfect bending in every position. Inside button (inner-tufted). There are four layers of material over the springs. The bottom three layers are inside buttoned to the coils (although you don’t see or feel the buttons) for lasting durability and to keep material from bunching up. Built-in soft-pillow top. The fourth layer of material incorporates a luxurious, quilted soft-pillow top (on both sides of mattress), which allow your body to sink one-quarter to one-half inch, providing an extra cushion of comfort. Double and triple stitched. The mattress is double 30-pound nylon stitched around the sides and triple stitched around the corners for exceptional long-term strength. Sewn mattress handles.
